Shenzhen XCWY Smart Card Co., Ltd. was set up in 2001 which specialized in smart cards, PVC card products integrating design, production and export. Since2006, it mainly focuses on foreign trade and provides high quality service to guide the market trend.

We have two advantages.
First, we have strong productivity.
The monthly output of our three regular card lines is 25 million USD including pvc magnetic stripe cards, barcode cards, cash cards, membership cards, VIP cards, medical cards, insurance card, clothing tags( e.g. PVC cards). The monthly output of smart IC card, ID card, Mifare card, synthetic smart card is 5.5 million pieces; the monthly output of E-tags is 1.5 million pieces. 
Second, we have modern production equipments.
1. Three new production lines, two new Germany Heidelberg four-color offset printing presses, one Germany double lubricious offset press, one monochrome machine.
2. 3pcs of automatic six color Silk Printing machine, and four-color silk printing machine.
3. 2pcs of HX-60C automatic red print machines designed according to the characteristics of small and medium-sized card factory, adopted computer control and have the same advantages with foreign facility. The punch production of hydraulic oil tank is 800,000 pieces per month.  
4. 8pcs of YCY-215-type high-pressure compressors designed in view of the characteristics of small and medium-sized plant design, adopted computer control and can withstand the temperatures and pressures at every washing stages and is applicable to all types of card processing, in particular, they can meet the processing requirements of contactless IC card, ID card, MI card smart card.
5. Models: (1) HX-40DT Model (2) 8pcs of HX-40T High-Speed printer, computer control, automatically hydraulic, high-speed coding and gilding, its production output reaches 500,000 pieces .
6. 1pc of MP65138LINX6200 high-speed continuous ink-jet coding machine with a daily output 500,000 pcs.
7. 5pcs of HZ200B automatic gold stamping machine can produce high-quality and perfect products.
