Customized Service
Introduction
XCWY smart card is available for custom branding and promotional purposes. We welcome OEM enquiry for design and we offer competitive price. Furthermore, you can buy white cards from us to do your own personalized printing.
Steps of requesting customized service:
(1) Please specify the card types you need (e.g. Mifare cards, SLE5542, SLE5528) or the chips you want. In addition, please provide artwork and printing instruction. All revisions are handled in this phase.
Please inform us if you have special requirement.
@  the silk-screen printing requires special colors, such as gold, silver, or other metallic color.
The card needs other special features, such as signatory panel, magnetic strip, and sequential serial number.
@  some applications may require a magnetic stripe on your card. Please inform us which type of track and the cohesive encoding (HI-CO or LO-CO) you prefer.
@  some applications may require signatory panel or barcode. Please specify the location and sufficient information.
@  the card need a sequential serial number, please provide us  the range of numbers.
(2) We will check the received files and see if they meet the artwork requirement.  
Samples will be printed and sent to customer together with a Sample Approval Form.
Customer needs to sign the Sample Approval Form to accept the artwork.
(3) Ready for production!

We can customize smart cards according to clients' design with individual mould for the cards. Or you can tell us your requirement, we will help to design the artwork.

1 Design Service
Design service has a high caliber professional design team and a whole set of advanced and completed preprint desktop design system. We can offer design service for various kind of manuscripts for customers and meanwhile offer free sample printing of the manuscript that has been confirmed by customers.
2 safe delivery of goods
Safe delivery of goods after order fulfillment. We use special purpose transport vehicle or ways designated by customers to deliver the goods to destination.
3 Technical Service
We offer products and technical consultation service, we provide prompt and timely technical support and service via telephone, fax, email, face to face etc, on a regular or irregular basis.
